i think use ERP when the firm just open will better. Because when it's a new company, many things is easy to setup, also easy to input data. In other way teach empolyees will more effective to working.

And it is comprehensive because it have rich functional footprint, integrated ecosystem of add-ons.Also it have web service for easy interoperability . Lastly, Openbravo ERP is a good software that honored the Best of Open Source Enterprise Software in IDG's 2009 Infoworld Best of Open Source Software(Bossie) Awards.
In SAP, they offer a complete portfoilo solutions designed to fit different businesses and their budget by 3 main software. Also it make sure the implementation is a success.
